Kick off 2025 with an in-depth workshop focused on writing effective prescribed burn plans. This session will provide valuable insights into the importance and practical implementation of prescribed burning on private lands.

Topics Include:

• The Need for Prescribed Burning on Private Lands: Learn about the history, benefits, and responsible use of this vital land management tool.
• Requirements for Producer or Client Supplied Prescribed Burn Plans: Understand the technical and financial considerations for prescribed burns supported by the NRCS.
• Putting the Plan Together: Work through an example plan that meets goals, objectives, and design standards.
